Damilola Samuel Adelusi

Damilola Samuel Adelusi is the Founder and Managing Director of Dammson's Farm Ltd and OMA Foods Production Ltd, two complementary agribusiness ventures operating across the plantain and palm oil value chain, as well as value-added food production. He provides overall strategic leadership and executive direction for both companies, with responsibility for corporate governance, business growth, operational efficiency, financial management, and long-term sustainability. As the founder, Mr. Adelusi established Dammson's Farm Ltd with a clear vision to build a structured, value-driven agricultural enterprise that contributes meaningfully to Nigeria's agribusiness sector. Building on this foundation, he also founded OMA Foods Production Ltd, focused on transforming agricultural produce into high-quality consumer food products, including plantain-based snacks and flour. Under his leadership, both companies are aligned towards enhancing agricultural productivity, promoting value addition, and implementing responsible farming and food processing practices. His integrated approach strengthens the entire value chain—from cultivation to finished products—delivering quality, affordability, and sustainable economic value. In his role as Managing Director, he oversees the day-to-day operations of both organizations, ensuring effective strategy execution, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and efficient resource utilization. Mr. Adelusi is a professional banker and a former staff member of First City Monument Bank (FCMB). He brings strong expertise in finance, risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance, combining financial discipline with agribusiness leadership to support sound decision-making and sustainable business growth.
